Nonviolent Control Tactics for Medical Personnel (and other public professionals)-
A course designed for medical professionals (Doctors, Nurses, EMTs, etc) who might find
themselves facing a combative patient. Techniques are designed to provide maximum
protection while minimizing injury to the patients. Emphasizes de-escalation over physical
defense.
Control & Restraint Tactics for Bouncers- A course designed for nightclub security
professionals who might find themselves facing an aggressive patron. Techniques are
designed to provide maximum protection while minimizing injury to the patrons.

Workplace Violence Prevention- This is a comprehensive course that teaches workers
how to recognize potentially violent co-workers as well as potentially violent situations. This
course also covers simple physical skills used to quickly gain control of assaultive
co-workers or others, when de-escalation fails and escape is no longer an option.
Restaurant Safety Solutions- A simple program designed for restaurant employees.
Covers various aspects of violence prevention including: dealing with abusive customers,
resolving co-worker conflicts, how to handle theft and robberies, and more.
Safety Solutions for Real Estate Agents- A program designed for real estate agents and
their potentially dangerous work. Covers various aspects of on-the-job safety including:
recognizing dangerous situations, recognizing potentially dangerous clients, vehicle safety,
open house safety, how to safely conduct a guided tour, simple escape strategies, and
much more.
Safety Solutions for Delivery Personnel- This program is designed for anyone who's job
involves delivering services or goods. This includes but is not limited to furniture delivery,
package delivery, food / pizza delivery, flower delivery, etc. Covers basic safety tips &
strategies as well as specifics of recognizing potentially dangerous situations, dealing with
abusive customers, escaping dangerous situations, and more.
Safety Solutions for Home Healthcare Providers- This is a course designed for home
healthcare providers and their employees. Covers how to stay safe during home visits, how
to recognize potential danger, how to safely escape dangerous situations, and much more.
