Larry Elliott - President
Instructional training specialist. Larry has an extensive background as a State Probation and Parole Officer. During his 17 years, he has been involved in all aspects of felony criminal supervision. Intensive Supervision / House Arrest Investigations / Half - way house / Community Corrections Coordinator. Supervised Statutory Dangerous Felon Cases, sex offenders and an intensive supervision case load. For three years, he was a State Certified Defense Tactics and Firearms Instructor (from the program's inception). He taught physical defense tactics including all aspects of field safety. He issued warrants for arrest of violators and has dealt with the Missouri State Court System. Through out his career, he has been the District Safety Coordinator for the St Louis Region. This involved coordination with the local police and fire departments to develop and implement the safety plans for urban and suburban districts to comply with OSHA guidelines. This experience is supplemented by broad skills in customer relationships by heading up the student / volunteer programs for his district. He has facilitative several cognitive restructuring programs which helped the offenders change their behaviors to become more productive members of our community. Paul Schmitz has a Master’s of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He was a full-time member of the Missouri State Probation and Parole Office serving as a member of the Absconder Reengagement Fugitive Task Force. He was the group facilitator for Pathways for Change. He created and managed the Regional Absconder Database. He was an active part of the Gang Outreach Initiative. He was the Committee Research Coordinator for the Grand Oak Hill Community Organization. He is an active member of Lambda Alpha Epsilon (Criminal Justice Honorary Fraternity), ASIS International (Advancing Security World Wide) and the National Safety Council.

30 Years Experience with the FBI; Taught fire arms and tacticts; 1 year National Drug and Defense Center; 3 Years Driector of Security for RP Lumber - 700 employees - employee/retail theft; OSHA compliance; In charge of 41 locations and 300 vehicles.
