The Longmont Public Library - Colorado: Its collection size is
295,000 volumes. The Longmont Public Library enjoys strong support from
its "Friends of the Library," which helps fund special programs, events
and/or equipment. Longmont residents consistently rate the quality of
services provided at the Longmont Public Library in the top three of
all City services measured.
Community: Longmont was named one of the "Top 100 Best Places
to Live in the U.S." by Money Magazine in 2006 and again in 2008. It
was also named an "All America City" in 2006. It has one of the highest
concentrations of software-related jobs in the nation. It is 45 miles
